Room rates below include a compact car (1-bedroom units) or full-size car (2-bedroom units).
Cars have automatic transmission and air conditioning.
You must be over 25 years of age to qualify.
Taxes, car upgrades, overtime charges, gas and optional insurance are extra.
Offer good 1/1 - 2/15/10 and 2/22 - 12/21/10, subject to availability, some restrictions apply.

Above rates are per unit, per night.

A 12.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates before 6/30/10.
A 13.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates after 6/30/10.

Maximum of 4 people in a 1-bedroom unit.
Maximum of 6 people in a 2-bedroom unit.
Note: in most 2-bedroom units, the second bedroom is a loft.

Every 5th night free during the following periods: 1/1 - 2/14 and 2/22 - 12/17.

No charge for children under 18 if they utilize existing bedding in the room with their parents.
Rollaway beds and cribs are available for an additional charge.

For regular season bookings, a one-night deposit is required to confirm reservations.
For peak season bookings, a two-night deposit is required to confirm reservations.

Notice of cancellation must be received 3 days prior to arrival during regular season, 7 days prior to arrival during peak season, or 30 days prior to arrival 2/15 - 2/22 and 12/22 - 12/31.  If date of arrival is prior to 2/15 or 12/15 but stay includes 2/15 - 2/22 or 12/22 - 12/31, respectively, 30-day cancellation policy shall apply.  If notice is received after the above dates, the full advance deposit and final payments will be retained.
