Above rates are per unit, per night.  An 11.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates.

Maximum of 4 people in a 1-bedroom unit.
Maximum of 6 people in a 2-bedroom unit.
Note: in most 2-bedroom units, the second bedroom is a loft.

Every 7th night free during the following periods: 1/1 - 1/31 and 4/1 - 12/21.

No charge for children under 18 if they utilize existing bedding in the room with their parents.
Rollaway beds and cribs are available for an additional charge.

For regular season bookings, a one-night deposit is required to confirm reservations.
For peak season bookings, a two-night deposit is required to confirm reservations.

Notice of cancellation must be received 3 days prior to arrival 4/1 - 6/15 and 8/26 - 12/21, 7 days prior to arrival 1/1 - 2/14, 2/23 - 3/31 and 6/16 - 8/25, or 30 days prior to arrival 2/15 - 2/22 and 12/22 - 12/31.  If date of arrival is prior to 2/15 or 12/15 but stay includes 2/15 - 2/22 or 12/22 - 12/31, respectively, 30-day cancellation policy shall apply.  If notice is received after the above dates, the full advance deposit and final payments will be retained.
