The Hotel Room is one large room with a bath, private lanai, small refrigerator and coffee maker.  It accommodates 1-3 persons and has either a solid king or two twin beds and a rollaway or crib (upon request) for the 3rd person.

The Studio unit is one large room with a bath, fully equipped kitchenette and private lanai.  It accommodates 1-3 persons and  has either a solid king or two twin beds and a rollaway or crib (upon request) for the 3rd person.

The Family Studio (Keaka only) is one large room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large private lanai.  It has a bath with a double sink, separate shower and water closet.  It has a solid king or two twin beds with a queen sofa bed.  The unit accommodates a family of up to 4 people with children 12 years and younger.  The Family Studio is not suitable for two adult couples or families with children older than 12 years.

The 1-Bedroom Suite has one bedroom, sleeping accommodations in the living room, 1 or 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private lanai.  It accommodates 2-5 persons and has either a solid king and two twin beds or a solid king and queen sofa bed and rollaway (upon request).

The 2-Bedroom Suite has two bedrooms, sleeping accommodations in the living room, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private lanai.  It accommodates 4-7 persons and has a solid king, two twin beds and a queen sofa bed and a rollaway or crib (upon request) for the 7th person.  No packages, specials or discounted rates in this room.

The Keaka 2- or 3-Room Suite has two or three side-by-side hotel rooms or studios with interior connecting doors and exterior connecting lanais.  It accommodates 3 people per hotel room or studio with either a solid king or two twin beds and in-room sofa bed.  It is booked as one accommodation.

Additional bedding, crib or rollaway provided upon advisement at no extra charge.

A two-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking (except for Christmas season bookings).
Deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to arrival (except for Christmas season bookings).

For Christmas season bookings, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
A cash deposit of $500 per studio, $750 per 2-room suite, and $1000 per 3-room suite is required within 15 days of booking.
A room-and-tax payment for the first 7 nights is required by September 1.
Deposit and pre-payment is refundable if you cancel by September 1.
No credit cards accepted for deposit or pre-payment for Christmas season bookings.
