Above rates are per unit, per night.  An 11.42% hotel tax will be added to the above rates.

10% discount for 14-night stay in 1-bedroom unit from 1/11 - 4/15.
15% discount for 28-night stay in 1-bedroom unit from 1/11 - 4/15.
10% discount for 7-night stay in 1-bedroom unit from 4/16 - 12/15.
No discounts for 2-bedroom units.

Minimum stay of 3 nights.  Anything less than 3 nights will be assessed an additional cleaning fee.

No additional charge for children under 2.
Rollaway beds and cribs available for an additional fee.

A three-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full pre-payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Full refund minus processing fee if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit is forfeited plus processing fee if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival.

For Christmas bookings, full refund minus processing fee if you cancel by December 1.
Full pre-payment is forfeited plus processing fee if you cancel after December 1.
