Above rates are per unit, per night.  An 11.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates.

Regular oceanfront units have one oceanfront bedroom and one garden view bedroom.
Double-view units are end units with both bedrooms oceanfront.
The living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens are all oceanfront.

Maximum of 6 people per unit.
No charge for infants less than 1 year old.

A $300 credit card deposit is required at time of booking.

During low season, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
During high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Full refund if you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival.
