Above rates are per unit, per night.

A 12.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates before 6/30/10.
A 13.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates after 6/30/10.

For extra guests, add to the above rates $10 for each extra guest over the age of 2.
Maximum occupancy of 1-bedroom units is 4.
Maximum occupancy of 2- and 3-bedroom units is 6.

The 2-bath units have lofts.

For stays less than 5 nights, there is a one-time cleaning fee of $95 for a 1-bedroom 1-bath unit and $135 for all other unit types.

A $350 credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

You must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund (minus $75 cancellation fee).
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, all payments are forfeited unless your dates are re-booked.
