Above rates are per unit, per night.  An 11.42% hotel tax will be added to the above rates.

For extra guests, add to the above rates $20 for each extra guest over the age of 2.
Maximum occupancy of 1-bedroom units is 4.
Maximum occupancy of 2- and 3-bedroom units is 6.

The 2-bath units have lofts.

Minimum stay of 5 nights.

A $350 credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full refund minus $75 cancellation fee if you cancel at least 90 days prior to arrival.
